instructions: 

warm therapy: microwave for 30 seconds or to desired temperature not exceeding 3 minutes. 
warming of pillow is recommended for pain relief and relaxation.

cool therapy: place pillow into a reusable bag, store in freezer for up to an hour or desired temperature. Recommend for inflammation, fever, headaches and swelling.
